Attorney Michael Mee grew up in a small town in New York and later moved to New York City for college. While earning his degree in Political Science, he discovered a natural aptitude for legal analysis and advocacy. He eventually relocated to Las Vegas, where he graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.
Michael has worked in the Las Vegas legal community for more than a decade. As a law clerk, he contributed to major, high-profile matters, including the Bundy Ranch standoff case, where the federal prosecution was ultimately defeated and the case dismissed. He has also drafted appellate briefing in cases that resulted in convictions being overturned, including murder convictions.
After becoming licensed, Michael founded Liberators Criminal Defense with a simple premise: people accused of crimes deserve high-caliber defense, no matter the charge. Whether a client is facing a DUI or the most serious felony, they deserve a criminal defense lawyer who communicates clearly, focuses exclusively on defense, and treats them with professionalism and respect. That is the standard Liberators Criminal Defense was built to deliver.
