Flat Fee Pricing, Clear Scope, No Surprise Bills
Criminal cases create enough uncertainty. Your fee should be the part that is clear. We quote the full flat fee up front, outline the scope in writing, and keep you moving on deadlines.

Why Flat Fees
Hourly billing creates the wrong incentives. Flat fees let you make decisions without guessing what each call, email, or hearing will cost. It also keeps the focus where it belongs, moving your case toward the best result as efficiently as possible.
Once we quote a flat fee and define scope, that number does not change because a hearing runs long or the prosecutor drags their feet. You know the cost and you know what is included.
Record Sealing, Published Flat Fee
Nevada record sealing is a flat fee service. Our published fee is $1,800, with $900 down to start. It includes petition drafting, court filing, agency service, required reports when applicable, mailing, and attorney time from start to finish.
If your case history is more complex, we confirm the exact scope during the consult so nothing is assumed.
Criminal Defense, Priced by Reality
Criminal defense flat fees depend on charge level, court, complexity, and posture. A first time misdemeanor in a city court is not priced like a felony with multiple hearings and motion practice. You get the full number before representation begins.
If the case posture changes in a way that changes scope, we talk first and put it in writing.
What Your Flat Fee Covers
Your flat fee covers strategy, negotiations, court appearances within scope, motion practice within scope, and day to day attorney work needed to execute the plan. You are not billed by the email, phone call, or hearing.
If something truly outside the original scope comes up, we discuss it first. Nothing is quietly added later, and nothing is retroactively billed.
When I had an urgent issue that required legal advice, Attorney Mee guided me through the process and made everything go smoothly. You will not regret hiring him.
